Question: Someone please tell me why this is happening!?
Every night for like the past month, I wake up in the middle of the night with a strong sensation that my feet are paralyzed!. I wake up in a panic and after a few seconds the sensation goes away!. Does anyone know what might be causing this!. It is really scary!Www@Answer-Health@Com

You're waking up in a panic!? Sleep paralysis!. It is rather common and nothing to be overly conserned with!. If you are very anxious about it, talk to your doctor!.
