Are you peeing all the time!? Especially when you eat high carb food!? Are you sleepy all day long!? (what you wrote is not sleepiness) Do you have prominent hormone problems!? Are you gaining weight for no reason!? You have headaches being your are not eating properly!. You do not have diabetes!.!. Believe me!.!. You first step is to go to your doctor!. There is a simple blood test the doctor can do to see if you are or are not!.
My husband has been a diabetic for 18 years!. I found out this past August that I am a diabetic!. If a person with diabetes takes care of their diabetes, then they can live a long happy life!.

polyuria-you urinate alot, as in literally stay in the toilet to pass water
polyphagia- you get hungry all the time, because the cells get hungry
polydipsia- too much urination and u thirst alot

Well you could have diabetes, but the only way for your to find out for sure is to go to the doctor and have your blood sugar checked!. They will know from that test whether you have diabetes or not!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
