Hi, the slight wheeze you mentioned could certainly be due to dust!. The other symptoms !.!.!. personally I'd say (I'm no medical professional!) it sounds like IBS - Irritable Bowel Syndrome!. That's extremely common and not serious!. It's more common in women and sometimes runs in families!. IBS can be worsened by lactose intolerance !.!.!. which is simply that you can't properly digest lactose which is found in cows milk!. Cows milk could also cause the slight wheeze you get as it increases mucus in the body!. You could either try cutting dairy out of your diet for a short time (make sure you're still getting some sort of calcium though) and see if it helps or you could buy lactase enzyme in the chemists and add it to your dairy food!. That's the enzyme that lactose-intolerant people don't have!.

The fatigue and being annoyed sound like you're simply either not getting enough sleep or not getting a good quality of sleep!. If it's really bad and causing you to fall asleep during the day, you should see a doctor about it because it could be sleep apnoea but this can be easily diagnosed and treated!.

Dark circles under the eyes can be caused by a number of things !.!.!. some people are simply more prone to get them and they can darken with age (because the skin gets thinner) but sometimes they can be a sign of any of the following: poor sleep, anaemia, thyroid problems, allergies !.!.!. reflexology suggests that they may signify a slight problem in the kidneys!. Dark circles usually don't signify anything serious!.

By the way, if you smoke then this is likely to be the cause of the majority of your symptoms!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

With those symtoms it is hard to say what may be wrong with you!. A simple blood count would help your doctor make a diagnosis!. It could be anemia, or it could be the beginning of menopause!.!.!.There are many things it could be!. I hope you go to a doctor so you begin to feel better real soon!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

maybe you are just tired and or stressed and need to get some exercise, go hiking!. The dust is probably what is causing you to wheeze and everything else could be stress/exhaustion related!. I would still go and get a check up from the doctor though!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

no you arent sick, i ve had them my whole life!. they get smaller but they dont go away if you get more sleep!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
