Answers:
That doesn't sound entirely like a Pancreatic attack!.!.!. If it is then there's something more along with it!.

If it is her pancreas the only thing she can do other than going to the hospital is not eat anything for at least 24 hours, possibly longer!.!. then try clear liquids-popsicles, jello, soda, candy!.!.!.!.

Carbs aren't necessarily good when it comes to the Pancreas but simple sugars are one of the easiest to get down and hard candy is good for nausea relief!. A cold damp rag on the back of the neck will help too!.

The irritability could easily be from the pain and just wanting it over with!.!.!. The weakness and dizziness could be from dehydration if she's been throwing up!.

Also Pancreas pains start more from the back than the front, or kind of the middle of the body!.!.

If it's simply a pancreatic attack then she needs to look at what she's eating!. Very low fat intake is a must, no more than 50 grams a day but if she's really sensitive she will want it down at 20 or lower!.!. Since the liver and pancreas need to work harder watching what she eats is extremely important!.!. and it doesn't matter if she had this one day and didn't the next, this is one of those things that accumulates--she could have a burrito one day and then two weeks later get sick because she decided to have some milk that day!.!. the pancreas is sooo sensitive!.!.

Her body could also be making brownstones!.!.!. They're basically gallstones but!.!.!.they're named differently if there's no gallbladdar to store them!.!. They could easily clog the intestinal duct and induce an attack!.!.

Sleeping sitting up helps a lot!.!.Cuddling on a giant stuffed animal or pillows will help keep from being jolted around!.!.

Both my grandmother and I have chronic Acute Pancreatitus and no gall bladder!.!.!. This sounds like it goes beyond an attack!.!.!. The hot flashes, weakness, crippling pain, nausea are generally what we get!.!.!. but the rest sounds like something else!.!.but on the flipside she could just be different and maybe it is only her pancreas!.!.!.

Best of luck!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

She could have a gallstone lodged in a duct that was not detected when she had her gallbladder!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
