What causes the p*ss shivers?!

Question: What causes the p*ss shivers!?
I know many of you think this question is meant as a joke, but I assure you it's not!.

I don't know if it affects women as well, but when many men finish urinating, they experience a strong involuntary shiver!.

Believe it or not, this was the topic of conversation at work today, and nobody knew what causes it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Women also get those shivers, it's just a lot less common!.
I tend to get those shivers every once in a while!.
The shivers are caused by a response from your autonomic nervous system!. There is actually no known cause for it right now!. So no one knows why it happens!. It's said to happen in 55% of women and 80% of men!.

Here is a list of hypotheses!.

" * Shivering occurs because of activation of the parasympathetic nervous system (PNS) by sympathetic nervous system (SNS) activity involved with urination!. It is the SNS which acts to control bladder function; it makes sure that the bladder is relaxed and that the urethral sphincter is contracted!. Part of the SNS response causes the brain to produce a number of chemicals, including the catecholamines epinephrine, norepinephrine, and dopamine!. These chemicals act on the PNS which normally controls shivering!. If this theory is correct, the feeling should be as common in females as in males, but it is far more common in males!.

* Shivering occurs because of heat loss from the body parts usually covered by clothing!. If this theory is correct, the feeling should be more common in cold climates!. This is unknown!.

* Shivering occurs via passage of spermatozoa into the urinary canal!. If this theory is correct, the feeling should be absent in females, but a majority of females report it!.

* Shivering occurs because of an automatic mechanism to shake the last few drops of urine from the urethra!."
