Do i have insomnia and am i making it worse?!


Question: Do i have insomnia and am i making it worse!?
i stay up for at least an hour and a half each night, followed by waking up multiple times during the night!. The bad thing is, i have vigorous workouts at night that i can't work around!. Also, my alarm clock has a large bright blue screen which i hear is bad!. Should i see help!? or is there any home remedy i can use!? Any answers are helpful!Www@Answer-Health@Com

From what I've read you're making it worse!. You aren't supposed to exercise closer than a few hours before bed!. I'd have thought it would help by wearing you out!. Why can't you just get up an hour ealier and work out then!?
They always say not to eat before bed but eating puts me straight to sleep!.

Turn the alarmclock away from your bed!.
Try the old standby!.!. a hot relaxing bath or shower before bed!. Black out your room or wear a sleeping eye-mask!. When I have trouble sleeping, I envision a computer screen shutting down to black and think "shutting down now"!.
