How do you prevent acne?!


Question: How do you prevent acne!?
I don't have major pimples, but there are some tiny dots in some places!. I have a Neutrogena Face Wash, which I use everyday!. Can someone please tell me how to stop these bumps from come, without using makeup!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

You can't PREVENT acne, it just happens!.
Don't waste money on expensive creams and things, they don't work!.
I myself had acne soo bad, and all i did was wash my face twice a day with organic body scrub (very cheap!), drank lots of water, ate lots of fruit and veg, and my acne started to clear up after a week or so (not much mind)

Well what I did was I went to the dermatologist and he gave me some simple anti-biotics and a ointment for my face!.
BUT! You can stop eating greasy food's and avoid sweating while using make-up (sweating opens poors and make-up clogs the poor; resulting in the causes of acne)
But a sure bet is to go to the dermatologist (he/she doesn't have to be expensive) and just ask for some simple acne treatments (which aren't expensive either!.!.!.if you have medical insurance)Www@Answer-Health@Com

well u cant really prevent it but you can help reduce it by not touching your face a lot!. ther is a myth if you eat greasy food you get acne and pmples but in reallity it is because of genes or a part of growing up or simply when you are eating greasy foods you touch your face!. also try not to wash your face a lot because you are taking all the natrual oils from ur face so your skin has to make more oil which turn out to become pimples or acne!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

food has nothing to do with acne
ive done lots of research
its just when you eat something thats oily or like chips and you RUB it on your face thats when you get trhe acne
acne is just from over-produced oils in your whatever gland !.!. lol !.!. its too hard to spell
but still I think that using natural products are better

and lemon juice

what is your age!?!? first, wash often!. tone!. moisturize!. and keep your phone clean and keep your hands off of your face !! there are others too, i am sure!. these are the key points along with eat GOOD food!. fast food grease goes right to your face!. good luck!. remember, if you are young, you WILL age well with oily skin, better than those with dry skin!.!.!. i tell you this out of experience!. i have no wrinkles now thanks to acne-oh, and DON"T pick those zits !!
scars are scars!. you want to NOT wear foundation!.

neutrogena does work!. look on the internet for this stuff called skin equations from beauti control!. my aunt sells it to me!. there are like four different steps and you have to keep with it but it works wonders!. also try to advoid stuff that has benzoil in the ingrediants it makes you break out even more and gives my sister allergic reactions!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

if u want it to go away fast use neutrogena rapid clear acne eliminating spot gel, from what u said it sounds like u have the same problem as me and that works really but remember to continue washing ur face even if the eliminating gel has cleared ur skin cuz otherwise it will come backWww@Answer-Health@Com

Neutrogena sucks for me and found Acne Free!. Some new brand that came out and has peroxide like proactive!. I like it although I think it could use more exfoliates!. i also use Sea breeze to finish taking off dirt that the washing cant seem to get off!. Its an astringent!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

try and use a different face wash, or just clean it more than once, try not wearing any makeup or try using hypoalergenic makup!.!.!.

Wash your face before going to sleep every night!. Stay away from oily foods, chocolates, soda, etc!. Use oil-free acne washes, herbal acne products!. Stay away from oily creams!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

First, I understand where you're coming from!. I grew up with really bad acne, not only on my face but on my body as well!. It was embarrassing and I tried everything including cleansers, creams, prescription medications, antibiotics, over the counter medications, and even shots from the dermatologist (ouch!) to get rid of it!. I never did until many years later when it didn't matter as much!.

Here's what I found out after lots of research and trial and error, the hard way!.

It's not a topical issue, it doesn't help much to treat it from the outside, it's an inside job!. When you treat it from the outside it's like treating the symptoms, not the cause!. You'll hear from many people that's not the case, and it's usually because they want you to buy their creams or lotions, and keep buying them month after month after month (or they haven't experienced the truth)!. Of course, when you stop using it (as you've experienced) your blemishes come back!.!.!. because you're not treating the cause!. And the costs for all of these routines/drugs add up month after month!.

If you think about it logically, it makes sense!. Why do we get rashes, breakouts, or other skin irritations!? It's usually because of something we ate, something that wasn't meant to be put on our skin, something that caused us stress and our body reacts to all those things!.

Bottom line is that most every cause of acne is related to what you eat, how you feel and how you take care of yourself!. Your skin is a reflection of what's on the inside!. We have lots of toxins building up in our systems and they have to be cleaned out on the inside and that will reflect on the outside!. The blemishes, rashes, acne, etc are indications that your body is reacting to what you're eating, to stress, toxins, chemicals, hormones!.!.!. literally a great number of things!.

Basically what I did in a nutshell was clean out my system by taking out the processed and junk foods, and added as much fresh fruits and vegetables to my diet as possible!. This part is key!. I also started drinking a lot of water daily, starting with 3 or 4 glasses when I wake up (adding a squeeze of fresh lemon at times)!. I also got more active every day, walking, running, sports, jumping, whatever, just getting active!. It not only gave me more energy, it help flush out the toxins that were clogging up my system!.
