Question: Does anyone know of any celebs with HIV!?
I am doing a report on living with the disease, and i thought it would be nice to point out that it is possible to live a happy life with HIV!.!.!. and obviously MOST celebs have a good life!.!.!.

Magic Johnson was diagnosed HIV+ several years ago!. Also, Greg Louganis (sorry, not sure of spelling), a former Olympic diver, was diagnosed HIV+ several years ago!. I have not heard anything about him recently, though, so I don't know how his health is at this point!.
These days, with treatment, many people with HIV can live longer, healthier than they could in the past!. The meds do have side effects, though, and people react differently to treatments and to the virus itself!. Medications can't eliminate the virus, but they can increase the amount of time between a diagnosis of HIV and diagnosis of AIDS!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I have an uncle (not a celebrity) that is living with it!. He has had full blown AIDS for 10 years!. He started with HIV 20 years ago!. He is living a full active life!. He never started to take medication until he reached full blown AIDS!. So I don't know why he is doing so well!. It could be because he faithfully takes his medication now and stays very active or if it is because he waited so long to begin treatment!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Magic Johnson is going on 17 years living with HIV and looks really happy and healthy!. Many celebs tend to live a happy life with HIV!. I also heard that Jack Osbourne may also have the disease but not really sure!. I heard from a friend and my friend saw an article online about it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Try getting in touch with the HIV charities, Terence Higgins Trust, there is also a 'life coach' I have heard of who deals with clients with HIV!. Simple 'yahoo' searches will come up with some info to assist your report!.
