Is it okay to be taking Motrin everyday and every 4 hours?!
Question: Is it okay to be taking Motrin everyday and every 4 hours!?
I have Pleurisy and my doctor said I have to fight it on my own since It came back this second time!. And he told me to take Motrin every 4 hours and take Tylenol inbetween but I only take motrin!. And I heard pain killers can eventually attack your liver and kidneys!?! Should I do other hints besides mess to help with the pain!? Like hot compresses!?

i think that if that is all you are taking and you are taking it at recommended dosage and frequency you are ok!.

it is usually not recommended to take any otc medication for over 7 days!.!. you should see a dr or neurologist so they can prescribe you somethingWww@Answer-Health@Com
