Question: Is it natural to have your heart beat really fast at random, unpredicatble times!?
is it ok!? because i happen to have my heart beat fast at random, sometimes it feels like ive been running alot and i can feel my heart beat in my chest
is that normal!?

Heart rates can change dramatically when not excersizing due to (a few reasons)
Allergy reaction
stress or anxiety
medication reaction
food allergy
or medical problem!.
If you are young and notice this happening often or it is uncomfortable, you should go see your MD for a medical workup and ekg
It does not signify 'weak heart' only that something abnormal is triggering this reaction and it bears being checked out!
