HIV or common cold/allergies?!

Question: HIV or common cold/allergies!?
Could it be a coincidence that 2 months after a rape by a friend I thought was a friend!.!. I started coughing, slightly sneezing that developed to a sore throat!. The doctors said they see no infections in the thyroid, that my tonsils looked a little bit inflamed from (crying everyday for the past 3 months)!.
They checked the xrays because my cough lasted so long, and did not see any or feel any abnormalities of the lymph nodes!. (3 doctors did not feel any lymph nodes) although I can feel them!? They said no brochitis nor pneumonia was present, nor they did not see in "mucus" of any sort in my xrays!.

The cough lasted more than 3 weeks, and the sneezing stopped!. The sore throat or whatever remained, feels like I strained my throat from yelling or something even though I did not yell!.

The "friend" who did this to me was tested negative twice for HIV (blood and rapid oral testing)!. NEGATIVE!.

I was negative at 7 weeks, but the next week following when when I got the "cold"Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Most of the time, there are no symptoms soon after infection!. Your symptoms may be due to a cold or flu!. You also mentioned that you've been under a lot of stress and have been diagnosed with depression and anxiety!. Sometimes people get physically ill due to high levels of stress, so this could also be a reason for your symptoms!.
See your doctor about your symptoms, and get another HIV test!.
Antibodies to HIV usually show up in testing 3-4 months after exposure, but in rare cases, they can take up to 6 months for the antibodies to show up in a test!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Its not long now before you can get tested yourself!. Until then, as easy as it is for me to say, I'd try not to worry!. People can be HIV positive with no symptoms at all, so because you have this cold I'd not read to much into it!. Being depressed and run down is probably why you are unwell!.

I hope you reported the scum that did this to you and he gets locked up for a long time so he can't do this to anyone else!. Best of luck with your test, I hope it comes back negative xxWww@Answer-Health@Com
