Answers:
If an individual has been sexually assaulted or raped then they must tell someone!. Either a tutor at college, or a rape helpline!. If they feel strong enough they should inform the police!.

As to the potential rapist going to get themselves tested is more a matter of their fear of being unclean!.

You are trying to give rational motives to a non-rational event!. Rape is never about passion always about power!. The HIV testing was another example of this power trip!. Get the woman involved some help, get in contact with a rape hot-line!.

It was not her fault in any way, she is not responsible and owes this individual nothing; regardless of whatever he might say!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Someone can go to any anylabtestnow location to get tested anonymously!. Say your name is Joe Blow, they will take you!.
You will get the result the next day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Why are you so worried he has HIV!? HIV is not really that common !.!.!. it's thought to be around 1 million in the United States!. The US population is 301 million!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

There are some IF's!. If rape took place, that is a serious crime and should have been reported promptly to the police and the victim examined at a Rape Crisis Center!. IF a person knows he is HIV positive and has sex with any other person without telling them and getting their permission, he is guilty of a punishable crime!. IF he shows you a negative HIV report, how do you know it was really done on his blood and not on a buddy's sample!. Is the report verified true!? In any event, the victim should have been tested at the time for several possible STDs and should be tested again now to be sure that no STD was received!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
