i think he is truthful at least in telling you that!. Only professional programs run by many hospitals to help quit smoking can help him as long as he is willing to go; otherwise these habits only go temporarily as it is very difficult to control the urge!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
There is nicotine gum and the nicotine patch, I'm not sure what else!. From what I have heard those are the easisest things to break it with!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If he wants to, bad enough, he will!. It takes will power, I've stopped 3 times in the 31 years of smoking!. It's a life time challenge!
