What is inferiority complex?!

An inferiority complex is a condition in which a person finds him or herself inadequate or weak in some way!. When you are with a group of people, do you feel "less than" them in some kind of way!? Do you put yourself down!? Does someone else put you down and you believe it!? Are you constantly critcizing yourself!? If so, you may have this complex!.

In my opinion, it is not something that only exists in your mind!. It exists because you choose to place a thought into action!. If someone tells you that you are a loser, you can not believe it!. If you believe it then you will show up in your life in a variety of ways!. You are what you think!.
