Question: Does Anyone Know Anything About Down Syndrome!?
The reason why I ask is, I will be working at a summer program soon, and I was just notified that I have child that has down syndrome!. Given that I have never been around a child like this, can anyone give me some pointers on what to expect!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

You should expect a joyful time!. Most downs children are just like other children!. Loving and pleasant to be around!. There may be behavioral issues but that is something you should be made aware of prior to starting!. Please don't treat the child any differently than you do the other children who aren't downs!. Make him/her feel as though they are one of a kind, just like all children should be treated :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
