I also suffer from the symptoms that you are asking about and I use a humidifier in my room every night to alleviate the symptoms!. Sometimes I use a face steamer to moisten my nostrils!. You may have felt better at the beach because of the humidity and warm air soothing your sinuses!. Saline sprays for the nostrils also help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
