Itchy dots after shower??? Please help! thank you?!

Question: Itchy dots after shower!?!?!? Please help! thank you!?
Hi there, I'm trying to find out through the net what this could be:
had this for a a couple of months nearly a year now!. I get it mostly coming out of shower, swimming pool anything to do with water:

irritating red marks with a white dot in the middle (looks like mosquito bite) general insect bite really!

they are sooooooooo itchy I can't describe it and have a terrible rash on my back because of this! they will go after an hour but get them on my stomach shoulders and mainly my back area!

I'm not sure what and why is causing it, been to the doctor and they have given me an anthisan cream which helps with the itch but nothing will take them away! I need to know why it's causing this!? I don't know if its the soaps or conditioners i'm using for washing my clothes etc!?!?!?

any other creams tables!.!.!.whatever to get rid of the killing itchiness! Please help :)

thank youWww@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
wow, that could be any number of things!.

Is your water heavily chlorinated!?
Do you like your showers extremely hot!?
that can cause severely dry skin and cracking which could expose you to allergens that wouldn't bother you otherwise!.

Is your water fluoridated!? i've heard of people having reactions to that!.
there could also be minerals that you're allergic to!.

First off, switch to baby shampoo or something organic!. i'm not talking like herbal essences!.!.!. they have a TON of artificial fragrances!. i am violently allergic to all their products!. Also, Tresemme and Garnier Fructis!.

Same with lotions, fabric softeners, detergents, fragrances etc!. stop using them all for a week and add them back one by one waiting at least 24 hours between each new product and see what you get a reaction to!.

also, if you can afford it i would strongly recommend seeing an allergist, it might save you a lot of time and energy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
