Clicking bones- bone cancer???!

Question: Clicking bones- bone cancer!?!?!?
i have a doctors appointment on monday because of my clicking bones!. everytime i walk, my feet constantly click, my knees, hips and wrists do it too!.
im 16!.
i researched it and it could be a symptom of bone disease, bone cancer, arthritis, and cysts in the joints :|
im probably being a hypochondriac, but whats the likeliness its something serious, and what other things could it be!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
It is very unlikely to be bone cancer, particularly as it is in so many different places!.!.!.you would have lots of other symptoms if it was that!. If you had arthritis you would have pain and possible swelling in your joints!.
Sometimes joints do click and often it is caused by relatively lax joint capsules that allows more than a usual amount of movement!. Clicking joints are very common and usually harmless so I would say don't worry!. Just keep your appointment with the doctor to put your mind at rest and stop researching symptoms on the internet!.!.!.!.it is guaranteed to scare you ;-)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hey, It could be serious, but from my experience, it's not likely!. Everyone has bone spurrs, and the "clicking" noise you hear is probably called crepitus, bones rubbing on bones!. look up "osteoarthritis", that's the type of arthritis that is from bones rubbing and wearing down!.

From what I know, It's Very unlikely that the first sign you have of bone cancer is generalized bone clicking, it normally starts in one place!. the doctor will probbaly send you in for some diagnostic imaging tests, and find out why these bones are rubbing against eachother!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your obviously very worried! It looks like you signed up today just to find the answer! Don't worry, I've had that lots of times, but, it started to go and I have it no more!. However, I did break my arm, and found out it was bone cyst!. It just fixed itself once I broke it, so don't worry!. The chance of bone cancer in someone your age, that I presume does not smoke or take drugs, is virtually 0:0!. I wish you all the look anyway and I know how nervous you become when something like this bugs you, you'll be so pleased with yourself once you have got it checked out! Good luck! ;)Www@Answer-Health@Com

My knees, wrists and ankles click and have done for the past 40 years and I don't have bone cancer, I have arthritis in the fingers and have to be careful with the knees if I do exercises as they get a bit hot, don't know the medical name but seemingly Ive run out of oil in the knee joints but not serious!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Oh I hope not! Everytime I move my bones click at the joints! My back and neck have a tendency to so as well!. It's quite distubring sometimes!.!.!. Especially in a quiet room!. I'm also 16!.

It could depend on your body weight, your calcium intake etc!. I've got fairly strong bones (I was told this when I sprained my ankle for a second time!.!.!.)!.

Hope it's nothing serious! :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'm in my fifties and my joints have clicked, clonked and clunked throughout my life!. Despite all the scare stories I have heard, I'm actually fitter and more active than most people of my age!. Take care!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You're still growing, some bones could be lagging a bit behind!. It should all settle down!. Saying that, my knees click and grind when I do squats!. I'm late 30's!.!.!.probably arthritis setting in in my case!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Are you in pain!?

At your age, it is unlikely to be anything of significance, especially if it doesn't hurt!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
