you have to contact the company and have a doctor prescribe it to you, I went with medtronic you can call and tell them you are interested, they will probably give you a small orientation of how does it work, benefits, options and prices after that if you decide to adquire it you tell them and proceed, but you can't buy it at a store you have to call and ask for a rep to visit you or your doctor prescribe it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I got my pump on Thursday and I live in Australia!. To my knowledge you can't just stroll into a shop and buy one, but order it and start pump therapy through a hospital!. I waited 3 years or mine so you better get your name down!. however I understand this may not be the system in other states and countries!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Ummm!.!.!.!. you can't just go and buy one at a store! You have to order one!. And if you don't know this, then you shouldn't get one yet!. If you just got diabetes, then you shouldn't go on one yet!. If you have type 2, then you don't need one!.

If you've got a valid case of diabetes, you have a doctor!. If ou don't, you need one!. You can't go running around to buy things like insulin pumps without a prescription!.

Well you have to get a prescription then whether you pay out of pocket or through insurance you get the ball rolling!. Here is the link to a pump website!. I like this one but have not tried any others!.
