I have never heard of an ear infection being able to spread anywhere else but to the other ear!.!.!.a fever is a sign of an infection and your body working to ward it off!.!.!.it could be that she is warm in that area because her body is working hard to fight the infection in her ear and the fever sort of localized!. Could it be possible that she could have a skin condition as well, such as eczema!? Or maybe she is having a reaction to the medication!? I would advise, just to be safe, if this problem occurs for a few more days, to call the doctor and check to make sure that everything is okay!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
