there are small white bumps on my penis, and I am white!. They do not hurt, burn, or ever blister!. I thought that I may have had genital warts, until I found out that was an STD!. I am 14 and a virgin, so what is going on!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

You should deffinatly go see a doctor (you don't want something to be perminatly affected)!. You could have still gotten something from contact with an infected toilet seat, oral sex, or touching (handjobs/ masterbation)!.
