When breathing out through our nose, we only use one nostril!.

Why did HE build two before HE dropped us on this earth!?!. HE has a reason for designing both for air intake!.
When you do yoga, take in through one and breathe through the other!. But all of us breathe through BOTH!. Yup, both - unless one of them is stuffed due to allergy - but in that case, it alternates between the two!. Funny how body works!.
