Question: Urine color and the amount of water intake!?!?!?
Im really sorry, this might sound a lil bit disgusting to some of you!.!.!.but its purely for health reason!.

I've heard that the urine colors can be detemined by the water intake per day!. And lighter urine color means you're a healthy person, and you drink enough water!.

I think it makes sense a little!. If i dont drink enough water, my urine will be so yellow, almost light honey color!. And enough water (8 glasses a day) will make the urine very pale yellow!.

Please please please don't believe the hype on this and don't believe people who want you to spend ages peering at your own pee!. Your body is an amazing thing and it is perfectly able of regulating how much fluid it needs - you get thirsty if you need more fluid, the same way you get hungry when you need more food!. Your kidneys have an incredible ability to retain water, so unless you are very ill or have gone without water for a VERY long time you are NOT dehydrated!. It is normal for the urine to change colour - this is just part of your body's normal adjustments to STOP you getting dehydrated!. In fact there is increasing evidence that people who constantly drink a bit more than they need are damaging their kidneys!. Certainly people who drink several litres a day are risking kidney damage in the long term!.

It is normal for your urine to be darker in the morning no matter how much you drink - your kidneys retain water and concentrate your urine overnight so that there is less urine produced and you can sleep through without needing the bathroom! If you have to get up and use the bathroom in the night then that's usually a sign yu're drinking too much!.

Yes!.!.!.you should want your urine to be a paler yellow in color!. Dark colored urine indicates that you may not be drinking enough water and could even be a sign of illness--perhaps a bladder infection or a problem with your kidneys!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

yes!. if you are drinking enough water, your urine would be almost clear, if you are very dehydrated, it would be a bright yellow!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I know from going to many nutritional seminars with an amazing nutritionist in New Jersey that simply put,,,,,when your urine is dark and cloudy in color !.!.!.!.!.you are dehydrated and are definitely not drinking enough water!!!!

when you urine is light in color and very clear!.!.!.!.!.you are definitely drinking enough water and that is very very good and what we all want to achieve!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
