So i was concerned about my heart...?!

Question: So i was concerned about my heart!.!.!.!?
it's happened for as long as i can remember and it's prolly nothing but i just want to check!. So every once in a while, sometimes only like once every two months or as frequently as 3 times a week, i've had this weird feeling in my heart!. Nothing brings it on and it only lasts about 4 to five seconds usually!. The only way i can describe how it feels is it's almost like air bubbles are going through my atrium or something!. it doesn't really hurt, it jsut usually surprises me!. Subconsciously when it happens i put my hand to my chest and lean forward, then it's gone!. It mostly happens when i'm not doing strenuous activity!.!.!. i'll just be sitting down!. Is this something to look into!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Caffeine and alcohol make it worse for me!.

***EDIT: One of my doctors did tell me it could be acid reflux!.!. but I too agree it's definitely in my heart!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
