Answers:
1!. Yes it can relax you!. I've noticed over the years that when I go to the beach and lay out for a few hours (while reading my book), I get really sleepy when I'm heading back home!. The sun has that affect on me!. Just try and sit somewhere where there isn't a lot of noise (kids)!. :)

2!. That really all depends on 2 things!. Where you are and what type of skin you have!. I could be out for 2 hours and get a tan but I'm naturally olive skin toned!. Make sure you don't miss any spots when applying your sunblock!. You don't want to get burned!. OUCH!Www@Answer-Health@Com

1!. Yes, ultraviolet light is proven to cause your body to produce and release vitamin K and dopamine, chemicals that make you feel happier!.

2!. Depends on your skin type and the SPF of the sunscreen you use!. Start with SPF 30 and lay out for 2 hours!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Not to long, you don't want to burn, and if the sun relaxes you ok!.
But i never lay in the sun to relax, try getting into the jacuzzi to relax!. Or spreading out a blanket under a very shady tree with a Friend and just relaxing!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Staying in the sun for over 15 minutes is nuts with light skin!. You will still get the benefits to helpw ith stress but you would be better off going in th esun maybe every other day for 12- 15 minutes at a time to build a tan and help your mood!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
