Question: I have a large bump under my scalp skin, I have had it for several years it grows!. what is it!?
It is firm but I can squish it a little, I get migraine headaches that I take shots for and when I do get the headaches the bump is painful and itchy!. It appears to not be attached to my skull but very close to it!. And it only moves back and forth a small space!. It is attached to something other than my scalp!. I have asked several doctors to find out what it is but none have tried!. I want it OUT! Does anyone have anything similar!? What the heck is it!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
I think you need to find a new doctor, one that will listen to you!.
I am not sure what it is, I know my grandfather had a lump sorta like you have!.
I remember asking several times when I was younger what it was, he would always say that granny hit him on the head with a rolling pin!.
He had that lump for as long as I could remember, then when I was 16, he had cancer and that lump got really nasty looking-it started turning black and just disgusting!.
I am not sure how the lump and him having cancer was related, I just know it started to get nasty as his cancer got worse--he had several types of cancer, not sure if the lump was actually cancerous or not!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sebacious cyst!. It's a small fatty lump that is very easily removed under a local anaesthetic in a doctor's surgery!. very common on the scalp!. from what you describe, that what it sounds like!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
