hi cgennaro!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!. actually my advice to you is to use warm water, b'coz using cold it may not help you!. even some doctors will not suggest the cold places for the people having blood problems!. when using heat this problem may be solved, but you may be affected by some other!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!., so its better for you to use warm!. and then you even consult a better specialist for this problem!. my suggestion is please don't use your own prescription!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.

Apparently you are meant to put it on ice when you first get the problem, then put it on heat for the rest of the time!. Also with the heat you do gentle stretches, but im not sure with your injury!. SorryWww@Answer-Health@Com

ice!. when in doubt always go with ice, not heat!. heat causes swelling, ice reduces it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
