Welcome to my world ;-) I suffer from eczema too - stress related!. I find the best is to watch what soaps you use - nothing fragrant as well as body creams!. Perfume can also irritate if not add to it!.
What works best for me is any camphor/eucalyptus based cream - this will heal it quickly and to just soothe it (if you can't get this) then try aqueous which is water based!. Vaseline Intensive Care is also good (the fragrant free one)!.
As eczema is a skin irritation stay away from frangrant products used there - perfume, soap and cream!.
If all that doesn't work and you can get a script or whatever try getting bactroban cream or a mild cortizone!.
Hope I helped and hope it heals!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I know it sounds stupidly simple, but is really difficult, but try to relax!. I know how it is, I've had stress related eczema in addition to allergic eczema, so it does happen and it's maddening to have!.

Try hydrocotrisone to clear it up and to help with the itchiness!. Skin moisturizers with little or no fragrance is good to try too!. Part of it is also mental, because you are probably itching as an mindless form of stress release, so you need to actively pay attention to NOT itching!.

For a weird, and sometimes effective, hippy way to treat it you can try rubbing the inside of a banana peel on the effected area!. Sometimes this stops the itching, and also works on mosquito bites!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Haras!. hello!. Take it easy!. See if it helps!. Just take it easy!.
Eczema is a serious condition!. You, dear, are not likely to have it Just from stress!. If anything else fails (if - I repeat - all anything fails) try the anti-eczema remedies from http://www!.champori!.com/ Those are home-made remedies available online from a company in Colorado and they work well!.
