Bad Sign???????!


Question: Bad Sign!?!?!?!?!?!?!?
I have these red marks on my upper leg, they appear and reappear sometimes, they aren't rashes, i just don't know what they are, any ideas!?

eczema, aka dry skin patches!. Try some aveeno lotion on them next time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
