It could be allergic reaction to something!. Go and see a chemist or go to a free clinic for advice!. Failing that try pawpaw ointment or calendula cream!. They often work on skin rashes!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
drink a lot of water!.!.!. and wear clothes that allow a lot of air on your chest like cool cotton tshirts!.!.!. try avoiding a inner wear!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
