Second hand smoke can be worse than first hand smoke!. I would see a doctor about it!. This time of year it can be allergies!. Allergies cause a tickle in your throat and lots of coughing!. There are allergy medications like Claritin that can be taken over the counter!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
