I'm having a wierd breakout on my chest...relief?!
Question: I'm having a wierd breakout on my chest!.!.!.relief!?
I'm fixing to leave to go on vacation Friday and i'm having some sort of break out on my chest!. They are not pimples, but they seem to be black heads!. They arent huge or anything, but there is just a whole bunch of them and it makes my chest look like it has a rough texture!. When i squeeze some of the tiny bumps, stuff comes that looks like blackheads!. My face and my back hardly has any acne at all!. I'm starting to notice the same kind of bumps on my arms too!.!.!.!.I want to wear a bathing suit this weekend, but not with an embarrassing breakout!.!.!.Does anybody know how to get rid of this before friday!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Thats weird!. Are you using bronzers or other kinds of "powders" on your chest!? If so this could be the cause!. The only way I know of that gets rid of blackheads is to squeeze them, I know they say you shouldnt but if you dont, they never go away!. My skin recovers just fine afterwards!. there will be a little redness and will probably look worse at first!. Try puting a warm, damp washcloth on your chest first to soften the blackheads!. You can put an acne crean on it like clearasil or something to speed the healing, good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
A good toner and exfoliator should work great!. They will take out the blackheads!
Drink lots of water and eat well!. Maybe avoid coffee/smoking/limit your alcohol too!. If you do these things!.
Oh, and stay away from too much sugar!.
