Question: How do I know I have a brain tumor!?
I have headaches everyday, and sometimes I feel like im gonna die!. I sometimes go off the bridge with my parents, and they just think im emotional!. I have so many syptoms of a brain tumor, but am not sure!. And I am very afraid to tell my parents what I feel!. Since Im the only child(15) they think im just lonely and doesn't feel like talking but they dont understand!. im too young to die, right! Or am I just stressed!?

Hi!. The only way to diagnose a brain tumor is with an MRI!.
While headaches are a common symptom of brain tumors, there is a huge number of other things that can cause headaches that are much more common and likely!. Headaches caused by brain tumors are usually accompanied by nausea and vomiting (often upon waking in the morning), and cannot be relieved by over the counter medications!.
Brain tumors are relatively rare, and in children and teenagers are EXTREMELY rare!. 'm sure that physically you're fine!. But, you should really talk to your parents about your fears!. Your doctor, if he finds it necessary, can prescribe an MRI, or CT scan, to put your mind at rest!.
But please talk to someone!.

I am not going to say you are too young to be worried about this, you know your body and what feels normal and what does not!. You must talk to someone!. If you can not talk to your parents, try your school nurse, or your school guidance counselor!. Remember, stress plays an important role in our daily health!. So, try to think of why you are worried, you should not be afraid to talk to your parents!. They are their to help you!. Give them a chance!.
