Question: Is this bad for me!?!?
I just got diagnosed with IBS and they gave me medicine and told me to start taking fiber one!. The drug store didn't have fiber one, so I bought metamucil!. The one I got says fiber supplement/ laxative is this the same thing as fiber one!? I had a terrible eating disorder and I'm recovered now, but I was addicted to laxatives and diet pills which is why I now have IBS!. So should I not take this, or is this what I'm supposed to be taking!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

i wouldnt take them until you have cleared them with your doctor!.
Better to check than to make your symptoms worse
