Answers:
Gortex is usually used to make artificial arteries or fix an aneurysm!.

Holes in the heart can almost always be fixed via cardiac catheterization!. If you are not familiar with this procedure-
A catheter is inserted into the groin area's femoral artery and taken up to the areas of the problem of the heart!. Live pictures and pressures of the heart can be taken!. They can dilate things and usually use an umbrella technique to close holes in the heart!.

I'm not sure how many she has!. If catheterization is not a possibility, robotic surgery is a good second option and is much less invasive form of heart surgery, allowing only a few incisions around the chest and abdomen!.

As far as location goes- Try to find a University hospital around your area that has pediatrics or a whole separate children's hospital!.

I will give you a list of a few well-known Pediatric hospitals:
-#1 in cardiology is Children's Hospital Boston
-The Children's Hospital
There is plenty more, just find one in your area that has Pediatric Cardiology and hopefully and more than likely if they are a University then they will have experienced Pediatric Cardiologists!. I hope you have seen one by this date in time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

All major cardiovascular centres do those surgeries!. Gore tex is the material used to create shunts to pulmonary blood vessels when pulmonary blood flow is low!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
