it depends on what you are smoking out of the hookah!. a hookah is like a community pipe!. most of them are pretty big about 2 feet tall or so, with hoses coming out of the sides and a bowl on top!. the tobacco goes in the bowl and every one sucks on their hose (hee!) to fill the chamber and the hoses with smoke!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
A hookah is a smoking device!. Generally, flavored tobacco is smoked out of it!. You can also smoke drugs out of it though!. It's kind of the same as cigarettes, some people who smoke cigs do drugs and some don't!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
