Migraines are vascular headaches caused due to sudden vasospasm!. They are generally not related to aneurysms!.
But Docs generally advice to get a screening test for aneurysm in order to rule them out!. Because treatment for the two conditions is quite different!. Later is surgically managed & migraines are primarily treated with prescription Meds!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Aneurysms are caused by congenital defects in the wall of a blood vessel,Defect is present at time of birth therefor Not Caused by migrainesWww@Answer-Health@Com
