Allegra and benadryl?!
Question: Allegra and benadryl!?
I have to take Allegra daily!. But I also suffer from insomnia!. Benadryl knocks me out cold!. And I really think it would help me!. Does anyone know if it would be dangerous to use both!? I take my Allegra in the mornings!. I'd only need the Benadryl at night!? What do you think!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

In general, it is likely to be safe as an occasional thing, but it is probably not a good idea for an every day answer!.
There are other alternatives for your insomnia!. You should see a sleep specialist to make sure you aren't having other sleep issues you don't yet understand or recognize!. Insomnia rarely happens without other sleep problems!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Instead of taking Benadryl did you try and take melatonin to sleep!? its a natural herb and helps my family fall asleep and stay asleep!.!.!.just cant use alcohol with it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
you can take both- but at night and you will be very thirsty!! :0))Www@Answer-Health@Com
