Question: What is the best thing to do if you have a sunburn!?
Yesterday, I forgot to put on sunblock, so I have a major sun burn!. It's not as bad as the one 2 years ago when I had to miss 2 days of school!. I know about the sun cancer thing and know I'll need to get a check after my sunburn heals, but what should I do to help soothe the sunburn and make the dead skin go away!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well, I got a pretty bad sunburn a few years ago: picture a fair-skin girl in a bikini, lying in the ssun and splashing in the water for 3 hours straight with no sunburn!. Ouchhhh!.
I put alot of Aloe lotions on my burn - they're green, gooey slime stuff that comes in squeeze bottles!. It is kinda sticky but it soothes the sun burn alot!. And I'm pretty sure it heals the burn, too!. If you have the burn on your back, take off your shirt, ly on your stomach on the bed, ask someone to put the aloe cream on you and go to sleep like that!.

Try some cool soaks in the shower or bath!.
Take some motrin for the pain (every 6 hours aka advil)
drink a lot of water
aloe with lidocaine helps the burn!.
In the shower use a gently wash cloth when it starts to peel with a pure and natural oil to remove the dead skin!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
