Your almost better off getting a tatoo over the bad one!. Its amazing how well they can cover up bad tatoos!. Lasor is like the first guy said!.!.!.!.expensive, painful and takes many, many treatments!.
For scars lasors is great!!! Not as expensive or painful!. Would recommend it for scars!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes! but it hurst a lot!. Tattoos are for life!. So think twice when you have tattoos done as removing them costs $$$$$ too!. And too much of them are not cool either!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
