Your body has yeast naturally!. The problem happens when the naturally occurring balance between bacteria and yeast is interrrupted!. This sometimes happens when a woman takes an antibiotic!. It kills "good bacteria" too and allows the yeast to overproduce!. You never "kill" all the yeast!. If you have a yeast infection, you will need to medicate!. There are preparations over the counter!. You dont say why you want to kill yeast or what your symptoms are!. Maybe it is time for a check up so you can make sure yeast is your problem!. Eating yogurt does help maintain the healthy balance in the body!. It WILL NOT CURE a yeast infection!.
