Is fresh oranges good for diabetic person?!

Question: Is fresh oranges good for diabetic person!?
Answers:
Hello my friend,

Not really!. They have to much simple sugars in them!.

This will make your blood sugar go up!.

It is harder to control your blood sugar when you eat most carbs!. (fruits are carbs too)!.

This website has helped me!. Check it out!.

Not on a frequent basis!. Taking alone, no food is absolutely off limits!. What you must watch is your overall sugar and carb intake!. Fruits like orange have sugar!. A better choice for your citrus would be bell peppers which have more Vitamin C than oranges!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Oranges will shoot your blood sugar high!. Just eat a very small portion once in awhile!. Check to see what it does to your blood sugar!. If it is high, I would skip the oranges!. Many diabetics can't eat oranges!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Tomato juice great, orange juice not so great!.
But both acceptible

Fresh oranges !. OK in moderation!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
