Mosaic Turner Syndrome?!

Question: Mosaic Turner Syndrome!?
I am 14 years old and curious about this!. I know that if someone had Mosaic Turner Syndrome, they are missing the X chromosome in some of there cells!. So, here is my question!. Would you be able to see if someone had Mosaic Turner Syndrome by looking at a karyotype!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Yes, because a karyotype looks at the DNA from more than one cell, so it should allow you to see if some cells had two X chromosomes and some had only one!. However, a karyotype uses a fairly small sample of cells, so it is possible that the karyotype won't be a completely accurate representation of what the actual proportion of affected cells is within the body!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
