First don't pick them, that is why they leave dark spots!. And by dark spots do you mean scabs or scars!? if it is scabs dont pick and let them heal, maybe put some polysporin on them, if it is like permanent marks/i!.e scars, buy a light (not heavy duty or it will damage your skin) scar vanishing cream, check websites for ones doctors recommend based on your skin type, people may say that stuff doesnt work, but if you use it properly it will usually make the marks go away, if not it almost always lessens there appearance, good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com
