Question: Every time i eat spinach, raw or cooked ever since i can remember!?
my stomach feels upset the next day!.!.!.i just read about spinach allergies, which are apparently common! had no idea! but one symptom can be gastrointestinal upset, does this happen to anyone else when they eat spinach!? does it sound like i'm allergic, or is this something that happens to other ppl too!? is this maybe caused by the amount of fiber in spinach!? do i need to eat more fiber to build up my "tolerance"!? i have no other symptoms of an allergy to it, like hives, etc, and its never been BAD enough to make me not want to eat spinach, its just very curious i think!Www@Answer-Health@Com
