Answers:
Yep, normal

You get shakey after throwing up because it is a very violent, unnatural thing for your body to do!. It has to work really hard to do it, and it leaves your muscles tired!.

So yes, you are normal!.

If it happens again, let it - don't fight it!. It is your body trying to get RID of something BAD! You don't want it to stay inside you, it might make you REALLY sick!

Your body doesn't work that hard to vomit for no reason!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I know it's scary!. Try to remind yourself that whatever is making you sick, your body tries to get it out by throwing up!.
I used to freak the heck out till I realized that the SOONER I threw up, the sooner I'd feel better!.
Try some applesauce or a banana to get some sugar back in your system!. Lay off the dairy till you feel better and only sip water, don't drink lots of it at once!. Oh yeah, you can chew on a bit of ice too!. ;)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hang in there and just take some deep breaths, i have gotten like that, had eaten just alittle to late had a fight etc, it's just your nerves you will be fine this happens when you get boiled up inside so just take it easyWww@Answer-Health@Com

Have a sip of cola!.!.!. it will actually calm your tummy!.!.!.
I know, I hate throwing up!.!.!. you'll be okay!.
Best to you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
