Answers:
146-166bpm is considered an aerobic heart rate for someone your age!. This is the natural heart rate you will obtain while exercising!. Your maximum heart rate shouldn't exceed 185bpm!. 60bmp is quite light!.

Long term damage to your heart (outside of the obvious clotting and clogged arteries) would only occur if you topped the max heart rate!.

even on your 80th birthday your max heart rate will be between 115-135bpm!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

And what is your pulse normally!? does it normally run high!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
