Answers:
Yeast does not go away on it's own!. You can be without symptoms until something in your body causes an imbalance that provides the yeast with an optimal environment for growth!. Usually, the use/overuse of antibiotics kills out the good bacteria we need to keep our bodies healthy!. When the flora in our gut is upset by the destruction of the good stuff, then yeast takes over and causes those awful symptoms we know indicates a yeast infection!.
It's not only antibiotics that cause this!. An illness like diabetes can damage the immune system in much the same way!. The most natural way that you can deal with this is to make a few changes to your diet--Cut down or cut out sugary foods, anything made from yeast (breads, wines, beer,etc!.)!. Take a probiotic supplement which restores the balance of the GI tract by reintroducing millions of good bacteria to keep the yeasties in check!. Some probiotics I have used are Pau 'd Arco, Acidopholus caps, Flora Q!. These can be found at any Nutrition/Health Food Store!. I take one of these daily and no more yeast infections! First, make sure it is indeed a yeast infection!. Your Dr!. can give you a Rx for a pill called diflucan that will give immediate relief!. Then keep on the program above for life!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
