i did this!. I was bit by an oppossum on the millenium!. I got two of the three series of shots!. I am pretty silly, goofy, uncoordinated,and forgetful!. However, that was 8 yrs!. ago and i am not foaming @ the mouth! I live in Texas and they say oppossums have a very low chance of having rabies!. Most common here are bats and raccoons!. Matters what you were bit by and the prominence of that animal being infected, has alot to do w/ where ya live!. so unlikely that u r infected!. I hope this eases your mind a little bit!.
