You are experiencing symptoms of hypothyroidism!. They may have to increase your levels again!. See your endocronolgist and tell him/her what's happening!.
Other then having your levels increased the only thing you can really do is take Vitamin B12!. I've found it helps incredibly!.
Unless you have a thyroid condition like Graves disease or Hashimoto's then hopefully this will get under control and you wont have to be on the replacement for too long!.

I've provided you with a link to a great website that you can read up about your thyroid and thyroid disease!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you are taking Thyroxine, you have thyroid hormone imbalance!. From what I know hormone supplement could be lifelong maintenance!. If you are lethargic, under weight or over weight and have hormonal imbalance!.!.!. all of these I believe are endocrine issues which a specialist or Endocrinologist Doctor can help a lot!.

Thyroid hormone can make all you mentioned you felt and experiencing!. About Yoga!.!.!. would not advice you to do just yet, find a doctor first and have thyroid scan!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
